​DO YOU HAVE A WAITING AREA?

We do not have a customer waiting area, We are close to Keifer's Cafe, and next door to Fairweather Cider.  We do have some chairs available if you choose to wait, however we do not have a bathroom available. 

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

We offer a lifetime warranty for any paint defect or labor only as long as the area has not be re-damaged in any way. Any new cracks, dents or scuffs on the area origionally repaired will void the warranty.

WHO DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR OTHER SERVICES?

For major body work we recommend Jeff's Auto Body. 

For Paintless Dent Repair we recommend Dentworks of Austin and Bills Dent Busters.

​DO I NEED TO WASH MY VEHICLE BEFORE BRINGING IT IN?

If you are bringing your car in for an estimate, touch up or clearcoat scratch removal it is best to give it a basic wash ahead of time. For bumper repairs or dent removal, it is not necessary.

WHAT TIMES CAN I DROP OFF AND PICK UP MY VEHICLE? 

We ask that you drop off at 9am the day of your appointment. We will give you a call as soon as its ready to go!
